Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to help.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund, no hassle.
Sizing & Fit
Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you choose the best fit. Since all items are made to order, we’re unable to offer exchanges for sizing — so we recommend double-checking measurements before ordering.
Lost Packages
If your package seems to be lost in transit, reach out and we’ll look into it together. If confirmed lost, we’ll take care of it.
